Singles Application

If you wish to join Elysium please copy and past the following form into a new post. Erase the parts of the application that describe each field. Those are just there to clear up any confusion that may arise.

Follow the formatting exactly and please consult both [the Reserved List] and [the About section].

After submitting an application it will be in review, during that time you must post an Introductory Promo in order to be booked and you do that on the [Introductions] board.

Note that how well you follow instructions when filling out the application gives us an early indication of what you will be like as a handler. If you cannot be bothered to follow these instructions properly then we will not take your application seriously. This may seem harsh but the staff does not want to waste their time on people who can not follow these very simple instructions.
