•IN THE RING•
Frontline started with the crowd a buzz in excitement. Next to the announce table at ringside was something under a massive cloth. Suddenly the music for the dreaded Enigma Protocol started up and the crowd showed their hatred for the trio. Out from the back came the Villalobos siblings. Isabella was carrying Miguel’s World Title as the pair made their way to the ring. They entered the ring and Isabella was handed a microphone.
“Two weeks ago the rightful King of Elysium claimed his throne.” Isabella smirked as Miguel looked out impassively over the crowd. In return, they let the brother and sister know exactly what they think of them. “Last week there was nothing mentioned about it aside from the crying of a little girl who didn’t survive. That is something that will be rectified this week. This week the King of Elysium shall preside over his kingdom. He is not scheduled to be in a match, but that doesn’t mean that he will neglect his Kingdom and subjects.”
As the crowd rained down hate on the World Champion and his sister the pair exited the ring and stood next to the obscured item. “Every king deserves a throne, The Wolf King is no different…” A crew member pulls the cloth away to reveal a throne. It was massive and ornate, adorned at the top with the skull of a wolf. Isabella turned and looked to Miguel. “Your throne, my liege.”
Miguel smirked and climbed the two steps at the front of it and sits on the throne. He holds his hands open in front of him and looked at his sister. She graciously handed over the Elysium World Title with a bow of her head.
“Your crown, my King.”
Miguel took the title and held it up over his head. “Así comienza oficialmente el reino del lobo. ¡LARGA VIDA AL REY!” He then reclined on the throne and rested the belt on his lap.
“LONG LIVE THE KING!!” Isabella repeated Miguel’s last line. The crowd booed them mercilessly as they just smiled.
•SINGLES MATCH•
AZURINE VEBBINS vs. PAYTON DARKSTAR
The first match of the evening saw former Hybrid Champion, “The Adorkable Angel” Azurine Vebbins take on Triad Champion, “The Queen Of Xeno Strong Style” Payton Darkstar who was accompanied to the ring by her championship partners Boots Martin and Sara Cross.
“I’m excited to see what happens with two absolute nutcases square off.” Filth Murphy said.
The bell sounded and Darkstar rushed Vebbins, hitting her with flurry of forearms and kicks. Vebbins shoved Darkstar off and started in with some strikes of her own. Vebbins caught Darkstar with an open palm strike and then drove Darkstar into the mat with a running DDT.
Martin and Cross watched from ringside and Vebbins set Darkstar up for The Pearly Gatekeeper but Cross jumped up onto the apron. Vebbins saw this coming and with a smirk she charged and smashed Cross in the face with an open palm strike. Vebbins turned and walked right into The Continuum (Rolling Heel Kick). Darkstar covered but only got a two count.
Miguel Villalobs had been watching the match from his throne. He seemed bored with the effort put in by Vebbins and Darkstar. He visibly and exaggeratedly yawned, showing his disinterest.
“The Wolf King is not pleased! Let’s see some action!” Murphy said.
“This really has nothing to do with him.” Thad Balk added.
“This is his Kingdom! All matters are his concern!” Murphy replied.
Darkstar charged Vebbins and went for a busaiku knee strike but Vebbins slid out of the way and smashed Darkstar with a springboard double axe handle. Vebbins then pulled Darkstar into The Sweetheart Sock Hop (Two knees into the sternum, followed by a Superkick into a Pulled-In DDT) and covered for the three count.
Winner: Azurine Vebbins
Immediately after Vebbins got the three count Martin and Cross entered the ring, wielding their titles. Cross held her’s and Darkstar’s while Martin had her title and a microphone. Martin didn’t seem angry about Darkstar’s loss.
“Well done Azzy! You beat someone who is primarily a team wrestler.” Martin said, “You must be so proud. But you won’t be proud in thirteen days at Parts Unknown because there is literally no one on the planet that you could recruit who could help you and Talia stop our reign. We are the first Elysium Triad Champions, and we will be the only Triad Champions. Ever.”
Vebbins was on her guard, switching her glance from each member of the Switchblade Angels, readying herself for a potential attack.
“Don’t worry housewife, we’re not going to gang beat you, there would be no sport in that. It would be unfair. That being said we are curious as to who you and Talia have chosen to team with at Parts Unknown. If you want to maintain their anonymity then we understand, you need every advantage you can get. But if you want to be a real warrior you and Talia will bring your mystery guest to Frontline next week. That is of course, if they haven’t changed their mind.” Martin said.
Martin dropped the microphone and the three members of the Switchblade Angels left the ring, leaving their invitation hanging in the air.
•LAST WEEK•
Dear Elysium,
I no longer belong here. My work in that ring - my artwork - is subpar. My motivation is waning. My partners have disowned me. What I do isn’t appreciated. I understand where I am and what I’m up against. It is because of this that I can no longer fulfill my obligations as an employee of this company. Consider this my resignation.
Regards,
Leland
Leland
Leland Morgan leaned against the Cherry Street bridge railing overlooking the ship channel in the frigid night air. He looked over his brief letter again to make sure it was worded exactly how he meant it. He then folded the letter back up and looked over the railing and down at the freezing cold water below. You could see the wheels turning. How far is the drop? How deep is the water? How cold is it? How long would it take…
“Hey there!”
The voice startled Leland as he whipped around, instinctively hiding the letter behind his back. His eyes then narrowed.
“What are you doing here?”
Alyssa Daniels, bundled up in a thick black coat, looked at Leland curiously.
“I was looking for you, actually. Shouldn’t you be wearing a bigger coat? Aren’t you freezing?”
“Looking for…”
Leland trailed off as he thought. Moments ticked by before he seemed to come back to himself.
“No, I’m fine. It’s fine,” he said in clear denial.
“Ok,” Alyssa replied skeptically. “Sure. I wanted to see how you’re doing.”
“Why?”
“I’m sure things are a little crazy for you right now, what with your partners abandoning you like they did. It’s a rough spot to be in--”
“Don’t act like you know me!” Leland interjected. “I don’t need your pity!”
“You’re right,” Alyssa responded in a calming tone, “I don’t know you. I’m not here to pity you. I just know how easy it is in situations like these to give up. I want to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
“What? I’m not... How did you…”
Leland’s eyes darted down at his arm that hid the letter just for a split second and back up. Alyssa caught caught the look.
“What have you got there--”
“It’s nothing!” Leland lied terribly.
Alyssa looked him in the eyes as a few silent moments passed. Leland looked at her defiantly, not backing down nor showing her the letter he had tucked behind his back. Alyssa smiled faintly.
“Times must be rough for you right now. Everyone you thought you could count on is gone and all that’s left is yourself. I want you to know that you are enough. It’s in these kinds of times where everything is stripped away that we find out a lot about ourselves. You could walk away, leave it all behind and wash your hands of it all, or…”
Leland’s eyes lowered to look at the wood planks beneath his feet.
“... you could keep fighting, build an even stronger foundation to stand on. Rocks can be used to break things, but they can also sharpen them. Hard times like these are temporary. When you come out on the other side, you will come out stronger for it. And I want to help make sure you come out on the other--”
“I don’t need your…”
His defiance hung in the air and died.
“Let’s get some coffee. What do you say? I know a great spot near here that’s open late. That look in your eyes tells me you don’t know where to go from here. Let me help.”
For a few moments, Leland maintained his defensive posture. Then his shoulders dropped as he gave in.
“Yeah. Ok.”
“Great! My car’s parked just up the way. You need a ride?”
“I… Yes.”
Alyssa smiled brightly and turned to walk away. Leland watched her go for a moment before looking down at the letter in his hands. After pondering, he crumpled it up and threw it over the rail and into the ship channel before following after her.
•SINGLES MATCH•
GABE SHELLEY vs. TOMMY KAPSTONE
The audience lost their fucking minds as “The marVel” Gabe Shelley made his way to the ring. Shelley soaked it in, he seemed genuinely happy to be back. Tommy Kapstone was out next to a less favourable response. The match began with Shelley talking to Kapstone, telling him that this is not personal. Kapstone replied by saying, “Maybe it isn’t...for you.” Kapstone then caught Shelley with a shoot kick to the chest.
“Gabe Shelley has said that this is not about revenge, he is not back for any other reason than to keep The Leadership in check. He has seen things like this happen before and he wants to stop it from happening again.” Thad Balk said.
“What does that even mean? The Leadership has created two amazing weekly shows, attendance is up and Elysium is better than ever. What are they doing wrong?” Filth Murphy asked.
“I am sure that Alyssa Daniels could school you on exactly what The Leadership has done wrong.” Balk said.
Kapstone kept Shelley grounded with some quick stomps. One particular stomp went to Shelley’s mid-section which caused Shelley to sit up. Kapstone hit the ropes and came back with a running knee to Shelley’s left collarbone. Shelley got back to his feet and blocked a superkick from Kapstone, spun him around and pulled Kapstone into a t-bone suplex that popped The Sanctum.
Shelley played to the audience a bit before grabbing Kapstone, sending him into the corner with authority. Shelley followed that up with a running back elbow that send Kapstone staggering forward but Shelley grabbed Kapstone, waived his finger saying “No no no.” and then took Kapstone back with a side Russian leg sweep. Shelley stood back up and bowed for the audience.
“What is this moron doing? Kapstone is a hungry young wolf, he can’t turn his back on him.” Murphy said.
The marVel set Kapstone up for the Jersey Cutter (Twist of Fate) but Kapstone spun out of it and caught Shelley in Muay Thai clinch. Kapstone fed Shelley a half dozen knees before he dropped him with the Flash Bang (Jumping Side Kick). Kapstone covered but Shelley kicked out. Kapstone quickly transitioned into a kneeling crucifix and then started mercilessly dropping elbows on Shelley’s collarbone that he calls Deathbolts.
Miguel Villalobos sat up and leaned forward watching with interest. He clapped as Kapstone took it to Shelley. “Golpearon su culo!” Miguel cried in excitement.
With Shelley sufficiently worn down, Kapstone stood him up and went for the Ghostmaker (Double Underhook Canadian Backbreaker Rack transitioned into a modified Corkscrew Neckbreaker) but Shelley slipped out behind Kapstone and caught him with Bright Lights (Backstabber into Bank Statement). Kapstone had nowhere to go and was forced to submit.
Winner: Gabe Shelley
•OFFICES•
The shot fades from Gabe Shelley celebrating his victory to Ramona Holiday and Ned Thomas watching on a monitor in their office area. Thomas is shaking his head.
“The audience loves him. I do not understand it. He is of a bygone era, he is obsolete.” Thomas said.
“I don’t want him here but what can we do? Shelley has money, if we breach his contract then he will sue us. He is disruptive and he is going to do whatever he can to blur our Grand Vision.” Holiday said.
“That cannot be allowed to happen. Removing Finale and getting the championship away from Alyssa Daniels were the first steps but we are far from complete. There is much to do and we cannot afford any setbacks.” Thomas said.
During a brief beat we can see that on the desk in front of Holiday are several manilla folders with several photos spread out. Photos of Alyssa Daniels, Gabe Shelley, and two that are somewhat obscured. One appears to be a woman with blond hair and the other of a man with long black hair.
“We need to progress more quickly. Parts Unknown is where we need to make our intentions clear. The Grand Vision needs to be actualized more quickly.” Thomas said.
“I agree and I have a plan.” Holiday said.
•SINGLES MATCH•
ALYSSA DANIELS vs. KARA SCENE
The next match saw Alyssa Daniels come to the ring to a massive ovation. Kara Scene was out next and the audience showered her with booes. The match began with a lockup and Scene fought Daniels down into a headlock. Daniels shot Scene into the ropes and on the return Daniels caught Scene with a European uppercut.
Scene tried to fight back but the former World Champion hit a springboard and caught scene with a flying Livewire lariat. Daniels covered but only got a two count. Daniels kept Scene down with a headlock but Scene slipped out of it and kicked Daniels hard in the back.
Daniels tried to switch the momentum but Scene charged and hit a springboard moonsault to Daniels, taking her down. Scene kept Daniels grounded with some hard elbows to the head and then climbed to the top rope.
The World Champion watched intently from his throne as Daniels was getting handled. Villalobos was almost salivating as he stare at the violence before him. Villalobos cheered Scene on in her efforts. Scene was perched on the top rope and then went for the F.M.L.B. (Shooting Star Knee Drop) but Daniels moved and Scene ate canvas.
Scene tried to rally back but she walked right into The Bee's Knees (Knees to the face from a Muay Thai clinch). Scene ate a half dozen knees and tried to fight back but after a seventh knee Scene dropped her arms and Daniels pulled her into Amnesia. Daniels covered and got the three count.
Winner: Alyssa Daniels
Villalobos let out a string of expletives as Daniels took the victory. Villalobos pointed out at her, then to the World Title in his lap. Villalobos staring a hole through Daniels, gave her the cut-throat gesture. This momentary distraction gave Scene the opportunity to hit Daniels from behind.
“Oh come on what is this?” Thad Balk said.
Scene kept Daniels down on the mat with a flurry of stomps and kicks. Tommy Kapstone came walking down the ramp clapping for his partner as Scene kicked the shit out of Daniels. Kapstone was about to enter the ring when Leland Morgan came running down the ramp! Kapstone heard the pop from the audience and turned in time to evade an attack from Morgan.
“Leland Morgan is here to help his friend Alyssa Daniels!” Balk said. “Static Age kicked him out last week so you would have to imagine that he wants revenge.”
“He was ready to quit! What the fuck changed?” Murphy said.
Kapstone slid into the ring and collected Scene, ushering through the ropes and the duo eventually disappeared into the audience. Morgan helped Daniels to her feet as Villalobos laughed from his throne. Daniels’ eyes fixated on the champion and she slipped through the ropes.
“Don’t start a fight that you can’t finish Daniels!” Murphy said.
Daniels stood outside the ring at the foot of Villalobos’ throne. The Wolf King watched Daniels, as his sister Isabella stood at his side. Morgan stood behind Daniels and handed her a microphone.
“You have something of mine.” Daniels said, “And I’d like it back. I think that these people deserve a champion who can win under fair circumstances. One on one, Miguel. You and I. No stipulations, no weapons - just wrestling.”
Villalobos leaned forward on his throne and produced a microphone, “No necesito nada más que mis puños para vencerte. Quieres pelear conmigo en Parts Unknown, entonces tienes tu deseo. Soy un rey justo.” Vilalobos said.
“You are in luck Ms. Daniels. I assume that you, like most ignorant caucasians, have no idea what your King just said so I will translate for you. Miguel does not need anything but his fists to beat you. You want to fight him at Parts Unknown, then you have your wish. He is a fair king.” Isabella said with a satisfied smirk.
“He may have a ‘crown’ but Miguel is no king. He is an imposter. But Isabella I have no doubt that you will be carrying his coat tails in Montreal so I will bring an equalizer of my own.” Daniels said and then looked back to Morgan. “You had my back tonight and I appreciate that. Are you willing to do it again at Parts Unknown.”
Morgan just nodded and that made Daniels smile. The Heart of Infinity turned back to the siblings. “Forgive us if we don’t kneel...that isn’t something we do.” Daniels said and the shot switched to Villalobos snarling before we cut.
•SINGLES MATCH•
RYAN GATES vs. TALIA AREANO
Following a commercial break the competitors for our next match were in the ring. Both Talia Areano and Ryan Gates were looking to get back on track after recent stumbles in their singles matches. Gates came out looking pissed and received significant hate from The Sanctum crowd. Villalobos stood and gave Gates from his throne as Gates entered the ring. Areano was met with a loud pop from the Toronto crowd. She smiled and waived.
As soon as the bell rang Gates charged across the ring towards Area and was met with an arm drag. Both were quick back to their feet and Areano dropped the Terror of Toledo with a quick dropkick. Gates rolled out of the ring to regroup and put the brakes on Areano’s offensive outburst.
Areano, not one to take a break, rebounded off of the opposite ropes and on her return leaped over the top rope with a tope con hilo! But Gates had her scouted out and sidestepped, letting her crash to the floor. The fans gathered in The Sanctum all let out a collective groan.
The ref started the ten count as Gates stomped away on the fallen Areano. At eight he rolled in and out of the ring to break the count. As he did Areano climbed up to her knees using the side of the ring as help. Gates rolled her back into the ring and followed her back in. He laid into her with more stomps before pulling her up and whipping her into the corner hard enough to rebound her out. As she comes back he nails her with an Out of the Shadows Superkick.
Gates maintained control of the match really putting Areano through the wringer. All of it to the pleasure of Villalobos who was cheering on from ringside. After The Terror of Toledo felt he had punished Areano enough he pulled her to her feet and clubbed her across the back of the neck. As Areano stumbles Gates grabs her wrist. Gates pulled Areano in for his short arm lariat, Blood Reign, but she ducked under his arm and dropped to the mat behind him. Areano rolled Gates up and with surprise on her side got the three count.
Winner: Talia Areano
Areano climbed to her knees as the ref raised her hand. Gates popped up with a bewildered look on his face. He had the match in the bag and had it stolen from him. His attention was drawn to Villalobos who yelled at him from his throne. Villalobos pointed at Areano and gave Gates a thumb down. The Terror of Toledo turned and delivers a massive Out of the Shadows superkick to the back of Areano’s head sending her face first into the mat. The ref pulled away as Gates pulls her up by her hair. Gates clubbed across her shoulders and back with massive forearm shots.
“Gates needs to be restrained! He lost the match fair and square. Talia doesn’t deserve this abuse.” Thad Balk complained.
“Gates was showing everyone why you don’t mess with him. He was tired of the shit he’s been thrown lately. I say good for him.” Filth quipped back.
Gates set Areano up for a suplex and dropped her down across his knees with a double knee backbreaker, hitting her with his Paradigm Shift move. He popped up and stares down at Areano who was laying on the mat holding her back.
“We need some help here! Gates is incensed!” Balk screamed.
The audience popped huge as Gabe Shelley ran down to the ring. Gates saw him coming and was ready for him. Shelley slid into the ring and Gates was right on him with a stomp to the back of the head. Gates dropped a knee onto the back of Shelley’s head and then sent him over the top rope to the outside.
“Shelley can’t get enough of the spotlight can he? This guy is the worst.” Murphy said.
“Shelley is doing what is right!” Balk responded.
Gates charged and flew through the ropes and nailed Shelley with a suicide dive. Gates got Shelley up and sent him hard into the ring barrier. Gates then blasted Shelley with an Out of the Shadows superkick that dropped the Marvel.
Gates dragged Shelley over to the steps leading up to Villalobos’ throne. Villalobos leaned forward and gave Gates the thumbs down. Gates smirked and positioned Shelley’s head against the steps, then backed up and smashed Shelley with another Out of the Shadows superkick, sandwiching Shelley’s head between the steps and his boot. The Wolf King looked pleased as we cut to commercial.
TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

BRITISH ISLE BRAWLERS w/ Meera Makara
Vs.
ERIK HOLLAND & MARCUS LEVINE © w/ Cassie Sykes
Back from the break at The British Isle Brawlers, Ash Fi and Morag Bean made their way to the ring accompanied by Meera Makara. The Tag Team Champions, Erik Holland and Marcus LeVine made their entrances separately, LeVine flanked by Cassie Sykes. The match began with LeVine and Bean. Bean started the match by charging LeVine, hitting him with a dropkick to the knee. LeVine dropped to a knee and Bean hit him with a running forearm to the face.
Bean tagged in Fi and together they smashed LeVine with a double superkick. Fi covered but LeVine kicked out before a two count. LeVine had his mean face on as he got back up and smashed Fi with a shoot kick to the chest. Fi staggered back to a corner where LeVine trapped her and hit her with some corner trapped kicks. LeVine tagged in Holland and the duo set Fi into the ropes before taking her over with a double back drop.
“The team of Holland and LeVine only get better with each match.” Thad Balk said.
Holland kept Fi on the mat with some hard shots before pulling her up by the arm and smashed her with a forearm shot. Holland maintained wrist control and he pulled Fi right into a bicycle kick. Holland covered and got a two count. Holland tagged LeVine back in and LeVine hit Pheonix Rising (Spinning Heel Kick) to the back of Fi’s head that sent her stumbling into The Babysitter’s Dead (Discus Bicycle Knee) from Holland. LeVine covered but Fi got her foot on the bottom rope.
Miguel Villalobos called out getting Hollands attention. Villalobos stood up and lifted the Elysium World Title up in one hand. “Nunca lo conseguirás mientras lo sostenga. ¡Sé feliz con mis sobras puto!” Holland just snarled and turned his attention back to the match.
LeVine advanced on Fi but she caught him with Cran Tabhaill (Springboard Corkscrew Roundhouse Kick) out of nowhere! Fi then turned and dove into a tag from Bean. Bean grabbed LeVine and sent him into the corner where Bean and Fi unloaded on LeVine with a series of knife edge chops, alternating back and forth. After nearly a dozen chops each LeVine stumbled forward and fell onto the mat. Bean then climbed to the top rope and went for the 1746 (Moonsault Stomp) but LeVine rolled out of the way.
“Like a coward!” Murphy said.
LeVine made the tag to Holland but Fi entered the ring and tried to intervene. Holland used Fi’s momentum to send her sailing over the top rope to the outside. Holland then smashed Bean with a forearm smash. Holland then lifted Bean up for a powerbomb as LeVine climbed to the top rope. LeVine came off with a meteora as Holland dropped Bean with a powerbomb, completing the Involuntary Doppleganger. Holland covered and for the three count.
Winners: Still Elysium Tag Team Champions, Erik Holland & Marcus LeVine
•BACKSTAGE•
Near gorilla position Zafar Khan was warming up for his upcoming Hybrid Championship match against F.M. Young. Something caught Khan’s attention and the camera panned over to show “Fate’s Chosen One” Atropos approaching.
“Big match tonight. Big opportunity.” Atropos said, “I just wanted to wish you the best of luck. Young is unhinged right now so you need to be careful.”
“I am well aware. And you don’t need to worry about her quitting if she has to face you. She won’t have the Hybrid Championship after tonight so if you want the title, you’ll be coming for me.” Khan responded.
“I’ll come for anyone who has it. Young is the only person to beat me in Elysium so naturally I want to get my win back but I want gold more.” Atropos said “I’ll be watching.”
Khan gave Atropos a nod and then left the frame, heading toward the biggest match of his career.
HYBRID CHAMPIONSHIP
•SINGLES MATCH•
ZAFAR KHAN vs. F.M. YOUNG ©
Zafar Khan made his entrance to a wild response from the audience which seemed to surprise even him. The Sanctum was chanting his name and Khan seemed a little taken aback. F.M. Young came out next and stomped to the ring ready to fucking murder someone. Young tossed the Hybrid Championship into the ring and then slid in and recovered it.
“F.M. Young has been a menace on social media as of late. She is making enemies right and left.” Thad Balk said.
“She is a champion. Everyone is a suspect when it comes to her next challenger. Young is being smart.” Filth Murphy said.
Young got right in Khan’s face and held the title high. The referee collected the title and called for the bell but it didn’t sound, instead “The Vampire of Time and Memory” played over the p.a. and Danny Hall came out to an extremely negative response. Hall came to the ring and Khan stared him down. Hall walked over to the announce table and took a seat.
The match began and Young charged Khan with a head of steam. Khan evaded a clothesline attempt but Young was quick to turn around and try another. Khan evaded the second attempt but Young grabbed his bad hand. Young tried to manipulate Khan’s fingers but Khan used a kick to break her hold.
“Thanks for having me guys. I just wanted to get a first row seat to this murder.” Danny Hall said.
“After your attack on Khan last week, he is at a severe disadvantage.” Balk said.
“That was an accident. Honest!” Hall said.
Miguel Villalobos watched the match with mild interest. Young pulled Khan in and planted him with a massive spinebuster. Villalobos clapped and showed approval at the display of violence and abuse. Young stood Khan up but was met with a high kick to the head. Khan then hit the ropes and nailed Young with a dropkick to the mid-section. Khan hit the ropes and came back with a big slingblade.
Khan covered and got a two count but immediately after Young grabbed his hand and looked to work the injury. Khan pulled his hand away and then hit the ropes again. He came back looking for a bicycle knee strike but Young evaded it and smashed him with the Man-Machine Interface (Discus Clothesline). Young covered and got a two count.
“See? Khan is a fraud. It’s important that everyone knows that. Young is going to expose him tonight and smash any hope he has of earning gold.” Hall said.
Young kicked Khan in the head a few times and then grabbed his wrist and pulled him up to his feet. Young again went to grab Khan’s hand but Khan sent her into the corner with an Irish whip. Khan looked to follow that up with a running knee but Young evaded it. Young smashed Khan with a forearm and then hit him with The Superchick (Shiranui). Young covered but only got two again. She started to look very frustrated.
Young stood and started stomping on Khan’s injured hand. Khan let out in incredible pain but Young was fucking relentless. Young stood him up and whipped him into the ropes but Khan grabbed the top rope and hung on. Young charged him but Khan hit her with a back body drop over the top rope to the floor.
“That’s a disqualification!” Hall screamed.
“No one uses that rule anymore.” Balk said.
“They should!” Murphy added, agreeing with Hall.
Khan knew that he had to do something big so he climbed to the top rope and measured Young. As soon as Young was up to her feet Khan came off of the top with a frog splash that took Young down. Both competitors were down in a heap but with some FIGHTING SPIRIT Khan stood and rolled Young into the ring. Khan got Young up and was able to nail her with Tiger Style (Standing Spanish Fly)! However, they collided with the referee and he dropped.
“We need an official!” Hall said and got up from the announce table. Hall slid into the ring and grabbed Khan. Hall grabbed Khan’s fingers and ‘snapped’ them before dropping Khan with The Trendsetter. Hall then got the referee up and slid out of the ring. Young saw nothing but got back to her feet. Khan was dazed but Young smashed him with a running knee to the face. Young then climbed to the top rope and hit the Battery Powered Bombshell. Young covered for the three.
Winner: Still Elysium Hybrid Champion, F.M. Young
Following the bell Hall slid back into the ring and started pummeling Khan. Young just stood behind him, title in hand, and watched. Hall got Khan up and then turned to Young and in a moment of uncertainty, he offered Young a free shot on Khan. Young smiled and smashed Khan with the Man-Machine Interface. Hall and Young started putting the boots to Khan.
“This is ridiculous. Khan had no chance here tonight.” Balk said.
Young laid out Khan’s arm and kept it in place with her boot as Hall climbed to the second rope. Before Hall could jump off Atropos came running down the ramp. Atropos slid into the ring and blasted Young with a hard kick to the chest that sent the Hybrid Champion over the top rope to the floor. Hall tried to come off the second rope with a double axe handle but Atropos leaped and cracked him in the jaw with a flying knee. Hall stumbled and fell through the ropes.
Miguel Villalobos stood in front of his throne and put the World Title over his shoulder. Villalobos surveyed the carnage in front of him but his expression was blank. The Wolf King reigns over all.
