I have no idea what feedback I can give you, but you asked and I want to ask for feedback but I don't like asking without leaving any. So I'mma read over your stuff again and try to organize the mess in my brain into something that hopefully resembles what you're looking for.

You've got a strong character voice for this guy, everything comes off as consistent and just a touch menacing in that this guy may not look like the biggest threat but he seems so sure he can fuck my shit up that I'm inclined to believe him way. I especially like your attention to the little details, you seem to have a history with some characters here but as a reader and the new blood in town I don't feel like I'm missing anything or left out. I understand the jist of the promos well enough that they are engaging. I liked how you took the time to include some digs at Cage in your first promo for the hybrid title, keeps things in a consistent sort of flow.

Ok, now for the slightly negative in the interest of being constructive. You're very wordy, it's not a bad thing but sometimes it's a bit hard to sit through when you combine it with the pompous nature of the character, it works for the gimmick and maybe it's just me that can't stand being talked down too. But it would make it less of a chore to get through and feel less repetitive if you pulled back on the nickname usage and overly poetic phrasing. That's my only real negative bit though, otherwise, I really dig your solid character voice and ability to stay on message.
