A man must be as hard as the situations that he intends to put himself in. To be anything less would be an exercise in futility. That is an exercise that Vitoly refuses to participate in. The Wideawake Tournament has come and it has gone. The sun has set on a monumental opportunity. Vitoly had every intention of participating but in this landmark event but situations conspired against him. This has been the tune for Vitoly’s entire life, why stop playing it now.
I am not a man who likes to complain. I am not a man who lies. So when I tell you something, it is in your best interest to take it as the gospel. Mr. Godless had the medical staff that he employs falsify test results in order to keep the God Tier from entering the tournament. This is not conjecture, this is fact. The idea of having an unstoppable Russian dreadnought in the tournament was too much for Mr. Godless to stand. It would not have made for real competition. To see every competitor crushed under Vitoly’s boot heel would not have been good for business.
Which is why we are all here, to do good business.
Mr. Godless envisioned Elysium as a place for the best wrestling on the globe. It would not have looked that way if Vitoly had been allowed to participate. Vitoly would have not only broken and victimized every other participant, but he would have scorched the earth to solidify his standing.
The first episode of Frontline will look much like that.
Vitoly makes his debut next week and could not be any further from the World Title picture. This is fine. This is not the first time that Vitoly has had to climb out of the filth. While some people have had life handed to them on a silver platter, Vitoly’s life was tossed in his face from a moving vehicle. He does not complain, it made him the God Tier that he is today. Climbing out from the hole that Mr. Godless has put me in is going to be enjoyable.
Khoroshaya. Good.
Vitoly wants everyone who believes that they are better than him to come at him. He wants them to be angry, he wants them to try and prove themselves at his expense. Vitoly fears no competitor and Vitoly calls himself the God Tier for many reasons. One being that it will draw the ire of my enemies.
Which brings him to you KEG. Such a pity that you could not make it past the first round in the Wideawake tournament. You must be feeling great shame...that is if you can feel anything at all. You are a pathetic man KEG. You are a weak, self-medicating disappointment, and you make Vitoly laugh. The idea that you could stand across the field of combat from the God Tier and feel anything but paralyzing dread is laughable. You are no competition for a being like Vitoly.
The fact that you are always inebriated begs a great many questions. And that beer of all things is the cause of your perpetual drunken stupor is adorable. It shows what kind of man you are Mr. KEG. You are a clown and you are here to make others laugh. That is your purpose here in Elysium, is it not? To make the audience laugh with your drunken antics? If so, you are doing a remarkable job and should be commended.
You serve your purpose as a mascot.
A cartoon.
A jester.
This is who you are Mr. KEG. A weak man who would rather see the world in a swirl of colors and barely discernable shapes just to be able to live in it. Which is sad because Vitoly does not stand for such weakness. When you step into the ring with the God Tier you offend him. The idea that a mu’dak like you gets the opportunity to stand in the ring with Vitoly is an insult. And it is you that will pay for that insult.
I would say that I look forward to our meeting Mr. KEG but I do not. It is a waste of Vitoly’s time and talent to compete with the likes of you. And for that Vitoly will bring an added level of violence that you could never imagine possible. He will do this because of the insult that your presence brings. He will do this because a message needs to be sent. That message being ya velichiye. I am great.
You are the first step on the road to the title that should be mine.
