Entrance Description: The opening sirens of “Ready for this” by All Good Things blares over the sound system. The lights dim for a second and come up to reveal the back of Mighty Jo Young on the stage. She takes a few backward steps down the ramp before turning around and affecting an Olympian pose with a stern face. There's a beat before she breaks into a smile and continues preening her way down the ramp, shaking hands with fans.
Intro here
Mighty Jo beasts her fists against her chest and pulls herself up to the ring apron with one hefty yank. She grins at the crowd and raises her arms, punching the sky! Jo takes a moment to hop from foot to foot before ducking under the ring ropes and striding confidently to the middle of the ring where she poses one more time for the fans, who give her a huge pop!
Gimmick: Jo is much quieter than her loud mouthed sister. She's also more intense, because she usually spares little time for showmen ship and big talk, preferring instead to skip straight to the ass kicking part. She's also more easily and visibly frustrated in uphill battles. She no less determined, but less prone to threaten or intimidate. Her mar stoic presence is enough to put some people off, but she's loyal to a fault, welcoming even maternal once warmed up.
Fighting Style: When she’s not angry, Jo is a technical grappler and striker with a conservative, somewhat classical style. Very good at counter wrestling. She’ll move feint, test, and move decisively to punish any error her opponent makes. When she gets amped up this changes: she becomes an aggressive striker, focusing less on grappling. She goes from a technician’s favorite to a crowd favorite, getting aggressive and showy. Even then, her style is focused on punishing the errors made by her opponent: catching then violently slamming a flyer who leaves an opening to the mat, for example.
