HANDLER
Your Name/Handle: Cody G
How Did You Find Elysium?: Told it existed, forgot about it, remembered, now interested again.
WRESTLER
Wrestler Name: Vale
Nickname: N/A
Height & Weight: 5'5" & 123lbs.
Billed From: Vienna, Austria
Pic Base: Natalie Dormer
Twitter: N/A
Alignment: Heel
Entrance Music: "Seven Devils" by Florence and the Machine
Entrance Description: "Seven Devils" hits the speakers and the lights flicker for two beats before Vale makes her way onto the entrance ramp. Bemusement on her face, she slowly makes her way to the ring, deliberately taking in every comment or jeer from the crowd as she does so. Gingerly, Vale rolls herself into the ring and remains laying on her back for a few seconds, closing her eyes, taking a few deep breaths, before gradually dragging herself up using the ropes on her way to the corner, where she waits for the bell to ring a crooked smile.
Gimmick: Kind-of trained by Ryley Wynters, as much as anyone could be. Vale's predictably a little weird, then; always talking about giving and getting, with an emphasis on loss. Doesn't buy into chaos the same way her mentor did, but leans toward the freedom to choose all the same, just in a more controlled manner. Intelligent (and thinks she's more intelligent than she is, probably) and analytical, Vale looks at every problem - and I mean every problem - as though it's a puzzle waiting to be solved. There are answers, and then there's the answer, and Vale wants the latter in everything she engages in badly enough to do morally questionable things to obtain it. She tends toward heel actions as a result, and finds it amusing that people view her as a villain because of it.
Fighting Style: Technical/Dirty
Professional Resemblance:
1. Zack Sabre Jr. (think more Suzuki-Gun Zack)
2. Pete Dunne
3. Tetsuya Naito (moreso in mentality, prep, and attempted mind games)
Common Moves:
1. Joint Manipulation
2. Eye Rake
3. Wristlocks
4. Stomps (usually directed at hands, elbows, or feet)
5. Knife-Edge Chop
6. Forearm Smash
7. Sleeper Hold
8. Pinning Predicament transitioned into a rest hold, usually sleeper or chinlock
9. Jumping Knee
10. Body Kicks
11. Single Leg Boston Crab
12. Triangle Choke
13. Armbar
14. Wristlock-maintained kicks to the head (with opponent on ground)
15. Psyche-out Slap (pretends to set up a big move and then slaps opponent in face)
16. Crossface
17. Crucifix Pin
18. Small Package, usually while playing possum
19. Lungblower
20. Springboard Meteora
Signature Moves:
1. Belphegor - Three Penalty Kicks delivered in succession, with Vale propping the opponent back up into a seated position each time. Most common transition into her finisher.
2. Asmodeus - Vale uses her legs to trap an opponent like one would with a triangle choke, but instead delivers vicious elbows to an opponent's forehead. Vale will almost always be trying to bloody an opponent with this, and will become visibly agitated if she's unable to do so after several strikes, either letting go of the hold in order to attempt another signature move or having it reversed/broken by an opponent who takes advantage.
3. Abaddon - A Dragon Suplex, delivered deadlift to opponents around the same weight as Vale or otherwise with a lot of effort from a standing position, transitioned into an over-the-shoulder single leg Boston Crab/Calf Slicer combination (what ZSJ calls Orienteering With Napalm Death)
Finishing Moves: (Please list at least 1 and a max of 2)
1. Leviathan - Cross Armbreaker. Vale is extremely adept at using this and can transition into it from most of her moveset. Can also be done as a flying variant should an opening present itself.
2. Yara-Ma-Yha-Who (commonly abbreviated as YMYW) - Small Package Driver into Pin. An homage to her teacher, although she doesn't particularly enjoy using it - it's more of a last ditch effort, a sign of begrudging respect to an opponent and her mentor all in one move. This one's a rarity, usually reserved for high stakes matches after the Leviathan has been stymied.
