Copy and paste into a reply (code below). Feedback really helps me make the shows better. Best Match: Which match did you like best? Best Segment: Which segment did you like best? Best Spot: Which sequence of which match did you like best? Best Moment: Which moment outside of a match did you like best? MVP: Who did the best this cycle? (Do not name me.) So, I've said it before and I'll say it here, once again... the reason I don't routinely leave feedback in Elysium is the same reason I didn't leave feedback in the later days of the eWo. That is, I've been playing this game alongside Cody for so damn long, and he's so good as a fedhead, that most of what I could say at this point would be repetitive, and I've long had a policy in this game of only giving feedback when someone exceeds (or falls way short of) the expectations I already have for them.
That said, I will say this... the move to Angle e-fedding was the best thing that could have happened for Cody, in my opinion. The guy is a natural storyteller, and this format, as is already showing clearly, plays directly to his strengths. This will sound strange, coming from someone as competitive as I've traditionally been in RP feds, but the role of a handler in an Angle fed is different... it's to serve the story above all. That's not always fun, but with Cody, he's making it clear that there is a role for everyone. Nobody is going to win all the time, but if you create and portray an interesting character that fits with the rest of the ensemble in an interesting way, there will always be something for you and your character to do.
Not every fedhead can pull that off. Cody does.

I'm definitely going to agree with Switchblades here. This is exactly the way I want to play an angle fed. I cannot presently pick a favorite match, spot or anything because right now Elysium is firing on all cylinders.

Best Match: Khan vs. Young - Very well-written match all the way up to the shenanigans at the end. The ruthless Young vs the relentless spirit of Khan, it was a great showcase of contrasts. Best Segment: Opening segment when Miguel took his throne. This set up the theme of the night and all throughout, this was an awesome touch. Best Spot: Kapstone spinning out of the Jersey Cutter and getting Shelley in a Muay Thai clinch drilling Shelley with knees before hitting the Flashbang. That sequence in my head really felt good. Best Moment: The end of the show, with Miguel standing at his throne surveying the carnage. "The Wolf King reigns over all" was the perfect sentence on which to fade to black. MVP: Miguel. This night seemed to be all about him, with his reactions being included in every match. Excellent job writing that in!
Other Comments: This has been the best show yet, and that's saying something! Absolutely outstanding job to everyone involved. Miguel and his throne dominated the night and did it in the best way possible. Instead of just being listed on the website as being champion, this made it very real for everyone and got him over as the vicious tyrant ruling Elysium. Absolutely wonderful stuff as has already been stated.
