ELYSIUM TRIAD CHAMPIONSHIP
•TRIAD MATCH•
PARADISE TANGO & MARIANO FERNANDEZ vs. SWITCHBLADE ANGELS ©
The first championship match of the evening saw Azurine Vebbins, Talia Areano, & Mariano Fernandez all enter together. The reigning Triad Champions; Boots Martin, Payton Darkstar, and Sara Cross were all out next and they took their time coming to the ring. That didn’t matter because Vebbins, Areano, and Fernandez all charged and came through the ropes with a triple suicide dive.
Areano slid Cross into the ring and the match began. Areano hit a springboard elbow drop onto Cross and covered but Darkstar came into the ring and hit Areano with a boot to the back of the head. This brought Vebbins into the ring and she clotheslined Darkstar over the top rope. Areano and Vebbins got Cross up and took her over with a double suplex.
Cross rolled out of the ring and this brought in Martin. Martin charged and hit Areano and Vebbins both with a double busaiku knee strike. This sent both members of Paradise Tango through the ropes to the outside. This brought Fernandez into the match. Fernandez and Martin had a staredown and approached each other in the center of the ring.
“These two have an interesting history…” Thad Balk began to say.
Fernandez and Martin went to lock up but Darkstar slid into the ring and hit Fernandez with a chopblock. Martin just laughed and walked back to the SBA corner. Darkstar looked to get Fernandez up but he caught her with a wheel kick that sent her reeling. Fernandez then smashed Darkstar with a forearm shot and planted her with a jumping tornado DDT.
Darkstar slid back to the outside but Cross was back in the ring. Cross rushed Fernandez but he hit her with The Gadfly (Step-Up Enzuigiri). Cross went down and Fernandez tagged in Vebbins. Vebbins entered the ring and took hold of Cross but Cross caught her with a toe kick to the mid-section and then hit The Wildstar (Step-Off Axe Kick). Cross covered but Fernandez entered the ring and broke up the fall.
Cross rolled to the outside and this brought Martin into the ring! Martin charged and hit Fernandez with a high knee, so high in fact that it took both of them over the top rope to the outside! Vebbins staggered up to her feet and tagged in Areano. Darkstar rushed Vebbins but Vebbins caught her with a forearm smash! Vebbins then put Darkstar in a reverse waist lock. Areano grabbed Darkstar’s head and nailed sliced bread just as Vebbins pulled Darkstar over with a German suplex! Areano covered and the referee counted the fall.
Winners: New Elysium Triad Champions; Azurine Vebbins, Talia Areano, & Mariano Fernandez
Following the contest Boots Martin knelt on the outside and did not look pleased at all. The new champions celebrated in the ring and the Switchblade Angels regrouped on the outside, very displeased.
ELYSIUM IRON CHAMPIONSHIP
•IRON RULES MATCH•
CAMILLE HARRINGTON vs. LIO WALSH ©
Camille Harrington came into this next match prepared, she brought with her a kendo stick. As she awaited “The Nightmare King” Lio Walsh, his music started but Walsh came through the crowd and slid into the ring where he blasted Harrington in the back of the head with the Iron Championship...much like he did a week prior.
This being under Iron Rules, the referee called for the bell and Walsh quickly went to work on Harrington’s arm. Walsh hung Harrington’s arm over the top rope and then jumped to the outside, yanking on it. Harrington writhed on the mat in pain as Walsh smirked on the outside. Walsh reached under the ring and pulled out a trash can.
Walsh put the trash can on the apron but Harrington came back to life and hit a basement dropkick that send the trash can into Walsh’s face. Harrington slid out of the ring and caught Walsh with a running high knee to the side of the head. Walsh stumbled sideways and fell into the ring steps.
Harrington smashed Walsh in the face with a Western lariat and the two then fought through the crowd. Harrington borrowed a drink from a fan and smashed Walsh in the face with it. Harrington went to capitalize but Walsh caught her with a knee to the mid-section and then planed her with the Reign Over double underhook DDT right onto a fan’s chair!
Walsh dragged Harrington back to the ringside area (because you’ve gotta get the fall in the ring) but Harrington, once in the ring, had her kendo stick and she cracked Walsh in the head with it. Although due to her arm injury she could not get all of it. Harrington went for another Western lariat but Walsh blocked it with a kick to Harrington’s bad arm and then Walsh planted her with Made of Nightmares (Rock Bottom) for the pinfall and the victory.
Winner: Still Elysium Iron Champion, Lio Walsh
•LAST MAN STANDING MATCH•
CARTER WILLIAMS vs. ESCHATON
Hoss. Fight. “Kodiak” Carter Williams and Eschaton did not start their match in the ring. These two fucking giants got down to business backstage with Eschaton blindsiding Kodiak. Eschaton hit Kodiak with some big shots before Kodiak speared Eschaton right through some drywall, into another room.
“I do not think that we expected any less from these two.” Thad Balk said.
The two found themselves in The Leadership’s office, and yet not one member was there. Kodiak got Eschaton up and smashed Eschaton with some big shots to the face and then lifted Eschaton up and put him through the wooden desk with the Kodiak Slam (Thrust Spinebuster). The referee began counting but Eschaton got up at five.
Kodiak looked to collect Eschaton but The End of All Things took a pen from the rubble of the desk and stabbed Kodiak in the shoulder with it. Eschaton then took the flat screen monitor off of its stand, ripped out the cord and smashed it over Kodiak’s head. It was quick and dirty, the referee counted Kodiak down...but Kodiak was back up at a count of eight!
Eschaton stomped toward Kodiak but the bloody bear-man send Eschaton face first into the wooden door, putting Eschaton’s head right through it! Eschaton stood, his head through the door and Kodiak hit him with a heavy dropkick to the back that broke the door down and sent Eschaton out into the hallway.
Kodiak took a moment to recover and then when he walked out into the hallway, he saw Eschaton crawling away. Kodiak chased him and started hammering him with heavy shots. The two fought back and forth right into the loading dock area. Eschaton tried to shoot on Kodiak but got blasted with a big boot. Kodiak then looked up and some nearby scaffolding and got an idea.
“Oh...fuck.” Murphy said.
Kodiak climbed up the scaffolding and looked as though he was going to do some high flying, because...y’know...bears fly. Before he could make a move Eschaton was up and he grabbed Kodiak. With nowhere to go, Kodiak was caught with The End of All Things powerbomb onto the concrete. The back of Kodiak’s head hits hard and a small pool of blood started to form as the referee counted him down.
Winner: Eschaton
ELYSIUM HYBRID CHAMPIONSHIP
•FATAL FOUR WAY MATCH•
ATROPOS vs. DANNY HALL vs. ZAFAR KHAN vs. F.M. YOUNG ©
Young went for a lariat but Atropos swung behind her and went for a crucifix pin but Young rolled out of it and went for a running penalty kick to Atropos’ face. Atropos dropped to her back, kipped up and smashed Young with a high impact dropsault.
On the outside Khan went to whip Hall into the guardrail but Hall reversed it and tried to do the same to Khan. Khan jumped up onto the guardrail and came back looking for a moonsault but Hall shot forward and cracked Khan with a forearm smash on the back flip. Khan landed in a heap and the audience in Montreal was in awe of Hall’s quickness.
In the ring Atropos attempted a spike inverted hurricanranna but Young reversed it into an inverted Alabama slam. Young covered and got a two count. Hall slid into the ring at this point and faced off with Young for a split second before he joined her in putting the boots to Atropos. This lasted but a moment before Khan was up on the top rope and he nailed both Young and Hall with a double dropkick.
Atropos got up but Khan was on her too! Khan shot Atropos into a corner and followed that up with a running dropkick. Hall looked to capitalized but Khan caught him with a bicycle knee strike. Khan was on fire when Young grabbed him from behind and nailed him with the Man-Machine Interface (Discus Clothesline). Atropos then sent Young over the top rope with a jumping knee strike.
With Young on the outside and Khan down, Hall looked to blindside Atropos but Atropos saw him coming and caught him with a tilt-a-whirl headscissor takedown into Fujiwara armbar. Atropos then transitioned into the Chosen By Fate (Rear Naked Choke). Young slid into the ring one second too late as Hall was forced to tap out.
Winner: New Elysium Hybrid Champion, Atropos
ELYSIUM TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
•TAG TEAM MATCH•
STATIC AGE vs. ERIK HOLLAND & MARCUS LEVINE ©
Scene held up her hand and Tommy Kapstone tagged into the match. Holland charged him looking for a lariat but Kapstone ducked underneath it, ran across the ring and smashed LeVine with jumping knee tp the face that took LeVine off of the apron. Probably not the wisest move to piss the champions off further but who’s to say. Kapstone whipped around to see Holland charging at him again but Kapstone sent Holland face first into the middle turnbuckle pad with a drop toe hold.
“Let us not forget that Tommy Kapstone has a singles victory over Erik Holland!” Filth Murphy said.
“Let us also remember that this is a tag team match.” Thad Balk quipped.
Kapstone stomped the fuck out of Holland in the corner but it seemed to only make The Bye Bye Man angrier. Holland fought his way up and grabbed Kapstone by the throat but Kapstone broke his grip with a roundhouse kick to the side of the head. Holland shook it off and tossed Kapstone across the ring with a half and half suplex. Kapstone was rocked.
LeVine was back on the apron now and that son of a bitch was seething. LeVine called to Holland and Holland willingly made the tag and the murderous LeVine entered the ring. LeVine stomped across the ring at Kapstone but Kapstone reached up and made the tag to Scene, who flew into the ring with a dragonranna that took LeVine down. Kapstone got LeVine right back up and shot him into the ropes, on LeVine’s return Kapstone popped him up into the air and Scene caught LeVine with a ¾ cutter! Scene covered for a near fall.
“Look at that tag team offense! The champs don’t do cool shit like that!” Murphy said.
Scene quickly ascended to the top rope and looked for her Fat Man Little Boy (Shooting Star Knee Drop) but LeVine was quickly back up. LeVine shot up to the top rope and then came down with a rope hanging arm bar onto Scene that had her screaming in agony. The referee applied the five count and LeVine was forced to let go. LeVine shot back into the ring and when Scene was back up he started an absolute onslaught of kicks that saw her cower away into a corner. Once there LeVine started smashing her even more devastating corner knees. LeVine brought Scene out of the corner and then allowed her to go to tag in Kapstone.
“Why is this idiot letting her tag out?” Murphy asked.
“Because he wants to get his hands on Kapstone for that slight earlier. That and Static Age did throw LeVine through a window six days ago.” Balk said.
This was clearly mis-direction as Holland came from behind Kapstone and ripped him off of the apron. Kapstone’s face smashed off of the ring apron and Holland hooked him up for a vile Toxic Avenger (Death Valley Driver) on the outside. Scene got back to her feet and walked right into the Ash Leveler (Reverse STO twisted into DDT) from LeVine.
Holland was back up on the apron now and LeVine tagged him in. Holland lifted Scene up for a powerbomb and LeVine came off the top rope with a meteora to complete their Involuntary Doppleganger combination. Holland covered and scored the three count.
Winners: Still Elysium Tag Team Champions, Erik Holland & Marcus LeVine
The champions were presented their championships as Static Age regrouped outside the ring. Holland and LeVine paid them no mind, they were still the champions and seemingly finished with the pest that is Static Age.
•SINGLES MATCH•
GABE SHELLEY vs. RYAN GATES
Shelley rolled Gates into the ring and the referee called for the bell. Shelley whipped Gates into the ropes but Gates came back with a moonsault. Shelley sidestepped it but Gates landed on his feet. Shelley attempted a reverse waist lock and what appeared to be a German suplex but Gates hooked his foot around Shelley’s leg. Gates went for a bulldog but Shelley shoved him right between the top and middle rope to the outside!
Shelley grandstanded in the ring and Montreal ate it up. Filth Murphy on the other hand called Shelley a no talent and hoped that The marVel would get his comeuppance in this match. Gates fumed on the outside and grabbed Shelley’s leg, tripping him. Gates got up onto the apron and hit a slingshot elbow drop and then mounted Shelley, hitting him with a series of punches.
The referee made the traditional five count and Gates eased up at four. Gates shot Shelley into the corner and went to follow that up with some double knees but Shelley moved out of the way and Gates hit the corner hard. Gates fell onto his back and then rolled up to his feet right into a belly to back suplex from Shelley. Once again The marVel stood and played to the fans in the Bell Centre.
“Make no mistake, this is a tactic on Shelley’s part. He wants to frustrate Gates because he knows that a frustrated Terror is one that will make mistakes.” Thad Balk said.
And just like that, Gates got even more angry. Gates stood and went for his Out of the Shadows superkick but Shelley caught Gates’ foot and chastised him with a wag of his finger. Shelley then pulled Gates in for a t-bone suplex but Gates caught him with some elbows to the back of the head. Gates broke Shelley’s grip and then hit him with a dropsault that sent Shelley staggering into a corner. Gates followed that up with a brutal running forearm smash that rang Shelley’s bell.
“That’s what you get for acting like a complete prick Shelley!” Murphy said.
Shelley stumbled out of the corner right into an Out of the Shadows superkick that caught him so squarely on the jaw that mere seconds after Shelley dropped to the mat the camera showed that his mouth was busted open. But what it also showed was that Shelley was now sporting his mean face. Gates went to collect Shelley but Shelley responded with a rising uppercut. Shelley whipped Gates into the ropes and on Gate’s return Shelley dropped him with a flapjack and then followed that up with a shining wizard and pin for a near fall.
The marVel seemed to be “hulking up” at this point as Gates quickly got back up and went for a spin kick but Shelley caught him and dropped him with a t-bone suplex. Out of instinct Gates quickly got back up and threw a wild clothesline but Shelley evaded it and hit Gates with a backstabber and then applied the Bright Lights crossface. Gates was trapped in the middle of the ring and had no choice but to submit.
Winner: Gabe Shelley
Following the bell Shelley dropped the mean face and played the fans in Montreal. Shelley embraced their love for him and Gates simply sat on the mat, head in his hands -- defeated in more ways that one.

ELYSIUM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
•SINGLES MATCH•
ALYSSA DANIELS w/ Leland Morgan vs. MIGUEL VILLALOBOS © w/ Isabella Villalobos
The main event was up next and Alyssa Daniels came to the ring flanked by Leland Morgan to a raucous ovation from the fans in Montreal. The camera panned around the audience and showed the massive support for The Heart of Infinity. “The Wolf King” Miguel Villalobos made a grand entrance next, accompanied by his sister Isabella. Sentries dressed in wolf armor lined the rampway of the Bell Centre as Villalobos walked to the ring, each sentry bowing as Villalobos passed.
The match began hot right out of the gate as Daniels rushed Villalobos and hit him with a hard running knee. Following a series of arm drags Daniels surprised The Wolf King and nailed him with Amnesia (Codebreaker). The champion was wise enough to roll out of the ring but Daniels gave him no room to breathe, she hit a tope suicida over the top rope and came down hard on top of Villalobos.
Thad Balk noted that this seemed to be a much more aggressive Daniels than we’ve seen in the past and Filth Murphy prophesied that The Heart of Infinity would explode if she tried to keep up this pace. Daniels attempted to whip Villalobos into the guard rail but he reversed it and pulled her into a lariat that saw Daniels do a complete backflip and land on her face. Villalobos gave her a kick to the side of the head and the crowd in Montreal responded with a chorus of jeers.
Villalobos kept the challenger down with some more hard stomps to the head and then attempted his Santa Muerte (Cradle Piledriver) but Daniels struggled out of it and jumped up onto the apron. Villalobos picked Daniels’ leg from the floor and she slammed hard onto the apron. Villalobos wasted no time and he climbed up onto the apron with the challenger. Daniels tried to defend herself and popped up looking for a headscissors but Villalobos spun her around on his shoulders and came off of the apron with La Mordida del Lobo (One-handed Electric Chair Driver) onto the floor.
Montreal was shocked at what they witness. The referee put himself between Daniels and Villalobos to check on the condition of the challenger while Villalobos paced behind the referee like a caged animal. Morgan tried to walk over and check on his friend but Villalobos got in his face and shoved him. Morgan looked like he was ready to wind up and strike the champion, to which Isabella tried to encourage it. Villalobos pointed at his chin and invited Morgan to take the shot. Morgan refused and Isabella hit him with a low blow. Villalobos whipped Morgan head first into the steel steps.
Seeing this ignited a fire in Daniels as she got back to her feet and rushed Villalobos with a shoulder tackle into the apron. Villalobos retreated into the ring and when Daniels came in after him Villalobos hit her with a drive-by kick to the side of the head. Villalobos lifted her up and went for La Mordida del Lobo (One-handed Electric Chair Driver) again but Daniels reversed it into a victory roll for a near fall. Isabella was beside herself at ringside.
“It seems that Daniels may have a slight concussion, something that she is no stranger to.” said Balk.
Villalobos came at Daniels like the animal he claims to be but Daniels caught him with a spinning hook kick to the mid-section and applied a Muay Thai clinch. Daniels started delivering The Bee’s Knees to Villalobos’ face with a fury that we’ve never seen from her in an Elysium ring. Daniels then went for Amnesia again but Villalobos turned it into a high impact spinebuster and covered for a near fall of his own.
Daniels got up to her feet but she staggered, her head had taken some serious damage. She swung a half hearted strike at Villalobos and the champion easily sidestepped it, laughing. Daniels tossed another wild haymaker and again Villalobos easily dodged it. Villalobos let Daniels get in close and pointed at his chin, much like he did with Morgan, but Daniels came to life and planted him with Amnesia! Daniels hit it perfectly but was unable to make the cover right away. Villalobos rolled closer to the ropes and after about ten seconds Daniels was able to cover but the champion got his foot on the bottom rope.
Balk wondered if that would have been it if Daniels had been lucid enough to make the cover sooner but Murphy said that it didn’t matter, because “she fucking didn’t”.
The Heart of Infinity got back to her feet and uncharacteristically kicked Villalobos in the side of the head like he did to her earlier. The audience applauded this but Daniels didn’t go any further, seemingly deciding not to give herself over to anger too much. Daniels got Villalobos up and whipped him into the corner. She followed that up with some shotgun knees that would have caved in a lesser human’s chest. Villalobos flopped forward onto his face and Daniels climbed to the top rope.
“As if on cue, there goes Isabella.” Balk said.
“She just wants to get closer to cheer her brother on!” Murphy said.
Isabella got up on the apron but before Daniels even noticed The Wolf King’s sister, Morgan pulled Isabella down to the floor. Isabella went for a slap but Morgan caught her hand and pulled something out his jeans.
“Handcuffs!?” Murphy exclaimed in horror.
Morgan slapped one cuff around Isabella’s wrist and then the other to the guard rail. Isabella could not move. Morgan then showed Isabella the keys and tossed them into the crowd. Isabella started stomping and screaming like a petulant child as Morgan walked to the other side of the ring to continue watching the match.
“That is one way to neutralize the She Wolf.” Balk said.
“Don’t call her that! Don’t give people nicknames! And don’t handcuff women unless they ask you to!” Murphy said. “I learned that lesson the hard way.”
“I really do hope you are kidding.” Balk said in disgust.
In the ring Daniels didn’t waste any time, she leapt from the top rope and nearly hit the Shot to the Heart (450 Elbow Drop) but Villalobos was able to roll out the way at the last second. Villalobos got to his feet and when Daniels tried to rally back Villalobos cracked her with a spinning back fist. The first one only staggered Daniels so Villalobos hit her with another and Daniels stumbled back into a corner but caught herself. Daniels gestured for Villalobos to “bring it” and the champion let out a howl.
Villalobos charged into the corner and Daniels slipped through the ropes at the last second and caught Villalobos with a rope hang roundhouse to the side of the head. Daniels went for a springboard tornado DDT but Villalobos caught her, spun her around and tossed her head first into the middle turnbuckle with a lawn dart. Villalobos jumped on Daniels and smashed her face into the middle turnbuckle a dozen times, each time the gasps from the audience got louder. Following that violent onslaught Villalobos pulled Daniels into the Diezmo de Sangre (Release belly-to-back release suplex, followed by a kick to the back). The Wolf King covered and got a three count.
Winner: Still Elysium World Champion, Miguel Villalobos
“Insanity Syndrome” started to play as Villalobos was handed his championship. Isabella was still handcuffed at ringside but The Wolf King seemed more interested in celebrating his victory than assisting his sister. The referee moved from Villalobos to Daniels and he quickly called for EMTs. The Heart of Infinity was very hurt.
“The Last Kingdom remains the Kingdom of the Wolf. Daniels did her best but the vicious Villalobos was too much for her to overcome here tonight.” Balk said, “One has to wonder who is going to be able to dethrone The Wolf King...if that is even possible.”
With that the show closed with Villalobos standing on the top rope, holding the World Championship high for all to see as the referee, Morgan, and EMTs tended to Daniels. Isabella resigned to sitting with her back to the barricade, gazing up at her ‘regal’ sibling.
